We can open later on request and can offer pointe fittings out of hours upon an appointment too.  During term time we often stay open till 6pm Tue Wed & Thu, please ring beforehand to confirm if we will be staying open.  Please call us on 01609 777736 to arrange this.



 Placing an order is simple - just follow the instructions on your screen

Make sure you select size, colour etc from the drop down boxes

Also make sure you select the PAY NOW BUTTON to enter your card payment details.  Failure to enter these details will mean that your order will not be processed until we have payment details.

You will recieve TWO confirmation emails. One with your order confirmation and another with payment details confirmations.  If you do not receive both emails, please contact us or make sure you have entered all details correctly. 

If you are unsure of an item - why not phone us in the shop or send us an email to double check any queries you may have.  If you want an item that is not shown on the website we may have one in our high street shop or we can order the item in, especially for you direct from the supplier!

Delivery can take 3 - 5 working days from order depending on when the order was placed and delivery times cannot be guaranteed as Royal Mail do not give exact delivery times.  If you require your product sooner please contact us to discuss your requirement as products can be sent out on next day delivery or by recorded delivery. Please note if opting for these quicker delivery options, you may be required to pay an additional postage cost.

If an item is out of stock, we will email you to let you know and give you an approximate date of when it is due in stock, or we will offer you an alternative to your original order.  If we cannot get the item in time for you then a refund will be given if no other alternative is found.



 Our postage rates are charged at £3.00 on any product that is purchased and falls under a certain weight and size in accordance with Royal Mail. (Leotards, tights, socks etc will fall into this category).  This will be UK only. 

If your item is over the weight or size limit then P&P is charged at £3.00 per order.  (Generally any shoes that come in boxes or pointe shoes will fall into this category, or if you have ordered more than 2/3 items)

For all international orders postage may be more than £3.00 depending on size of order and weight.



 Here at Encore we will accept returns under the following

  • Item must be in its original packaging and a letter with it explaining return and a copy of your receipt.
  • Any returns must be within 14 days from date of order for a full refund to be granted.
  • No refunds will be given on Hoisery (ie tights socks etc), Pointe shoes or Hair accessories.
  • The customer must pay for the return postage of goods.
  • We cannot accept any returns on any item that has been custom made ie character skirts, costumes etc.  Measurements taken at the time of order must be correct and cannot be amended once the order has been placed.
  • Any returned goods must be sent with proof of postage or by recorded delivery - no return will be refunded until we receive goods.
  • We will exchange goods for a different size or colour, the customer will pay the extra postage costs, this can either be taken from the card already used to purchase goods with or alternatively you may send a cheque with the returned goods payable to ''Encore''.  The product/s would not be dispatched without P&P payment.
  • Goods returned after the 14 days may be subject to a £5.00 late return fee.
  • We destroy customers card details once we have processed your initial order, therefore we may require you to ring us and give your card details over the phone.
